Market Lab is a brand operated by Mas Collective Inc. This notice explains how information submitted through the Market Lab early-access form is handled.
What we collect
When you sign up for Early Access, we collect the email address you provide and information associated with your subscription and confirmation status. Our email platform may also process technical delivery and engagement information.
Why we use it
We use your information to administer the Market Lab Early Access list, send product and launch updates you requested, and respond to inquiries. We do not use this form to collect payment information or betting history.
Email provider
MailerLite processes registration information and confirmation emails on our behalf. Google Workspace handles email sent to our Market Lab contact addresses. Cloudflare provides website hosting and related services. Their handling of data is also subject to their applicable policies.
Website analytics and embedded forms
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand website usage and performance. Our Early Access form is provided by MailerLite and may load its own scripts to receive registrations, protect against abuse, manage consent and measure email delivery. These providers process technical information in connection with those services. We do not sell Early Access email addresses to advertisers.
Control your subscription
Our sign-up process uses email confirmation. You can unsubscribe using a link in marketing emails. You can also request access, correction, or deletion of your Early Access information by emailing [email protected]. We may retain limited records when necessary to meet legal or operational obligations.
Changes
We may update this notice as Market Lab develops. Any substantive changes will be reflected on this page.
